1. It shall be used in the designated place and operated according to the instructions. Find out the test pressure, service pressure, service temperature and other conditions engraved on the main vessel, which shall be within the allowable range

2. The autoclave is sealed through the sealing ring in the form of cone contact, and the main bolts are tightened to make them compress each other to achieve the purpose of sealing. The sealing cone must be carefully protected from various
Damage due to collision. When installing the cover, place the reactor body first, and then carefully install the cover on the reactor body according to the fixed position. When tightening the main bolts, they must be symmetrically and step by step in diagonally opposite directions
Tighten with even force. Do not allow the kettle cover to tilt to the side to achieve good sealing effect. Do not exceed the specified tightening torque to prevent the sealing surface from being squeezed or accelerated wear.
3. The pressure used by the pressure gauge shall be within 1/2 of the indicated pressure. The pressure gauge is often compared with the standard pressure gauge for correction.
4. The pressure gauge for oxygen shall not be mixed with the pressure gauge for other gases.
5. Safety devices such as safety valves shall use equipment that meets the requirements through regular inspection.
6. During operation, it shall be noted that the thermometer shall be accurately inserted into the reaction solution.
7. Keep the interior and gasket clean.
8. When covering the disc flange cover, tighten the bolts on the diagonal line in the same order.
