Cleaning requirements of reaction kettle

2 When cleaning, the sampling valve of the kettle cover must be cleaned and nitrogen gas should be slightly filled when there is water in the kettle
3 For temporarily unused reaction kettles, it is best to add 70% clean absolute ethanol into the reaction kettle and soak it without tightening screws

Precautions:
The autoclave shall be used at the designated place and operated according to the instructions for use Find out that the test pressure, service pressure and maximum service temperature engraved on the main container should be used within its allowable conditions
The autoclave belongs to precision equipment. When tightening the main bolt, it must be tightened diagonally and symmetrically for many times, and the force should be uniform. Do not allow the lid to tilt to one side to achieve good sealing effect, and do not exceed the specified tightening torque to prevent the sealing surface from being crushed or accelerated wear
The pressure used by the pressure gauge is preferably within 1/2 of its marked pressure And the pressure gauge is often compared with the standard pressure gauge for correction
Avoid mixing pressure gauges for oxygen with pressure gauges for other gases
Safety valves and other safety devices shall use equipment that has been regularly checked to meet the specified requirements
When operating, care must be taken to insert the thermometer into the reaction solution accurately
The interior of the high pressure reactor and the gasket should be kept clean
When covering the disc flange cover, tighten the bolts on the diagonal line in pairs in turn
