2. working principle

Acid, lye and water, hot water, four storage tanks are made of stainless steel, with a thermal insulation layer, feed pump high-pressure pump, feed pump inlet connected to the bottom of the four storage tank vent and solenoid valve control, which The outlet is connected to the plate heat exchanger, and the heated cleaning liquid is sent to each raw material tank or pipe or equipment for cleaning as a CIP process. The CIP return is connected to the upper reflux inlet of the four storage tanks and is controlled by a solenoid valve. The lower outlet of each storage tank is provided with a sewage outlet. The tank is provided with a thermometer and a liquid level indicator, and a perforated lid on the top for preparation of cleaning agents, The tank is also equipped with vent tubes to exhaust the exhaust gas.

3. In operation, first determine the cleaning time of the liquid, then start the respective button, you can proceed to the CIP tank cleaning.
